I accidentally ordered the wrong size scrub top and had to swap it out. The exchange process were way easier than I expected, and they got back to me quick. My new size showed up without any hassle or back-and-forth. I thought it was going to be a headache, but it all went smooth.

i mean, I placed my order thinking it was available, but then I found out it was out of stock. Kind of frustrating since the stock info didn’t seem accurate

The packaging itself was solid, so I’ll give them that. But the box still showed up a bit dented, which is always annoying. Like, I get that stuff gets tossed around during shipping, but is it too much to ask for a box that doesn’t look like it had a rough day before getting to my door?

My order ended up on backorder and took longer than I expected. They did keep me updated, which I appreciated, but I still felt like I had to pay more attention to it than I wanted to. It arrived later than planned, but everything was okay once it finally showed up

When I first opened them up, I thought the scrubs looked really nice and the material seemed fine. But once I tried them on, the fit was a little tighter than I expected, so I ended up having to exchange for a different size. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying

The return process was more stressful than it should’ve been. I had to follow up just to get clear instructions, then I ended up paying for return shipping myself. On top of that, the refund took way too long to come through. I’m particular about fit and service, especially with scrubs I need for work, and this just didn’t meet my standard. Not something I’d want to deal with again...

I ordered three scrub tops and two pairs of pants, and my first impression was that everything looked right. The colors matched what I picked, which was a relief, but then I noticed one of the tops was a medium instead of a small. I kind of had that instant “ugh, something’s off” feeling as soon as I unfolded it.

Customer service did get back to me and said I could exchange it, so that part wasn’t bad. It just added extra time and hassle that I wasn’t expecting. Overall, not a terrible order, but my gut feeling is they could be a little more careful checking sizes before shipping.

They did respond, which I appreciated at first, but it didn’t make me feel any better because my issue still wasn’t fixed. I ended up feeling like I was just getting replies instead of real help, and that was disappointing

They look decent enough, but the pockets are kind of awkward and the fit feels a little off... I didn’t find them super comfortable for longer shifts either. i was expecting better.

I ordered a couple of scrub tops from National Scrubs, i was disappointed when they arrived and even more so after washing them.
The fabric felt thin and kind of rough after just one wash, and one of the pockets already had loose stitching. For work clothes, I expected them to hold up better than that.
They did fit okay, which is why I’m giving 2 stars, but I probably won’t order again unless the quality improves. I also feel like an apology would be fair, because this really wasn’t the experience I expected.

I asked for a refund and, i was already expecting it to drag on for days. But it came back really quickly. Like, I didn’t have to keep emailing them or explain the same thing over and over, which was a relief. I’ve had refunds be such a hassle before, so this was a nice surprise. Smooth overall.

I ordered from nationalscrubs.com and the package did show up eventually, so I can’t say it was a disaster or anything. But the tracking was kind of frustrating at first. It updated here and there, but for a couple days I couldn’t tell if the order had actually shipped or was just sitting somewhere. They made it sound like I’d be kept in the loop, but the updates were vague and didn’t really tell me much. In the end it arrived fine, I just wish the tracking was clearer and faster instead of feeling like a guessing game.

The main issue for me was the size availability. A lot of the colors I actually wanted were out in my size, or they only had really tiny or really large sizes left. I ended up just settling for a different color.

Shipping was fine and the scrubs are alright overall. I just wish they kept more regular sizes in stock. Not a bad experience, but not amazing either.

I ordered the same size I got last time, but this set fit completely differently. The pants were tight and the top was loose, so something seems a little inconsistent there. Kind of frustrating when you think you know what size to get.

I’ve been wearing my scrubs from nationalscrubs.com for a few months now, and my gut says these were a solid buy. I wash them constantly for work, and they still look and feel pretty much the same, not thin or stretched out or weird.
No ripped seams, barely any fading, and they’re still comfortable after long shifts. I didn’t expect them to hold up this well, but so far they’ve really impressed me.

So... I’m happy with my order. The scrubs are good quality, ordering was easy, and they showed up fairly quickly. No complaints from me.
